Shipping Policy

Every EverTrend USA product is made to order. Total time from order placement to delivery is therefore: Production Time + Shipping Time. Details below.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam). We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Production Time

Production time is the time we need to print, finish, and quality-check your order before handing it to the carrier. It does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • T-shirts, tank tops, long-sleeve tees: 2–4 business days
  • Hoodies, sweatshirts, crewnecks: 3–5 business days
  • Posters & wall art: 2–4 business days
  • Mugs, drinkware, accessories: 2–4 business days
  • Home goods (blankets, pillows, mats): 4–6 business days

3. Shipping Time (Domestic U.S.)

After production, your order ships from our U.S. fulfillment partner. Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days — flat rate from $4.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days — flat rate from $12.99
  • APO/FPO/DPO & U.S. territories: 7–14 business days via USPS

4. Free Shipping Promotion

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 (U.S. only) using promo code FREESHIP99 at checkout. The discount is applied after the cart subtotal meets the threshold and before sales tax. Promotion may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining production + standard shipping:

  • T-shirts & posters: 6–11 business days
  • Hoodies & sweatshirts: 7–12 business days
  • Home goods: 8–13 business days

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number within 24 hours. You can also track via our Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Look for a carrier note at your door or mailbox.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If still missing after 3 business days, email us at contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us. We will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, reship at no cost.

For packages still in transit past the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with visible carrier damage, please take photos of the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery and email them to contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us. We will reship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

10. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by applicable U.S. state law.

Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Where do we deliver?

We provide worldwide shipping.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to po boxes or military apo/fpo addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I be charged vat taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
