Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, choose a product, select size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, apply any promo code, and confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Payoneer. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications and cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production has likely begun. Email contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us as soon as possible with your order number.

What is the FREESHIP99 code?

Use code FREESHIP99 at checkout for free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (subtotal before tax). The code is applied at checkout and the discount appears in your order summary before payment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable U.S. state law.

Designs & Products

Are your designs original?

Yes. Every design is created in-house by our designers or licensed from independent artists with full commercial rights. We never reproduce band logos, film titles, athlete imagery, or brand trademarks. EverTrend USA is a retro style brand — we draw in retro aesthetics, not by copying retro IP.

What is the difference between the four collections?

• Signature Series — flagship original designs, retro-inspired but not tied to a specific decade.
• 70s Revival — disco, earth tones, sunburst, mushroom and groovy motifs.
• 80s Revival — synthwave, neon grids, chrome geometry, VHS scan lines.
• 90s Revival — grunge, Memphis patterns, pixel art, mall-era nostalgia.

What size should I order?

Each product page includes a size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Email us if you'd like a personalized sizing recommendation.

How should I care for my apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. These steps help preserve color and print quality for years.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until I receive my order?

Production: 2–6 business days depending on product. Shipping: 4–7 business days standard, 2–4 business days expedited. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories only.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours after the order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

What if my tracking shows "delivered" but I cannot find my package?

See section 8 of our Shipping Policy. We will help open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, reship at no cost.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached. See our Return Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of approval and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy.

Product Quality

Are slight color or print variations normal?

Yes. All print-on-demand products may show minor variations in color tone and print placement due to the nature of the production process. These are not defects. Significant defects (missing print, peeling, holes, mis-sized items) are always covered under our quality guarantee.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is available. An account is helpful for tracking past orders and reordering.
