We want you to love every EverTrend USA piece you order. If something is wrong, we'll make it right. Please read the policy below — it explains exactly when and how to return an item.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests received after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility
Always eligible for return / replacement / refund:
- Item arrived damaged in transit.
- Item is defective (printing errors, peeling print, broken stitching, holes, missing components).
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color compared to your order.
- Item never arrived and the carrier confirms it as lost.
For the above cases, we cover the cost of return shipping (where a return is required) and provide a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Eligible for change-of-mind return:
- Standard apparel and lifestyle goods returned in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Not eligible for return:
- Items washed, worn, altered, or with tags removed (unless the reason for return is a defect).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items returned without prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Final-sale items, where clearly marked as final sale at time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason, and (for damaged/defective items) clear photos of the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Ship the item using a tracked service. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund or replacement is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we pay return shipping (free return label provided by email).
- Change-of-mind return: customer pays return shipping.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to (a) return the original item under the rules above and (b) place a new order for the item you want. If the item is defective and you want the same product as a replacement, simply email us and we will reproduce and ship a replacement at no cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund by emailing contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us. After 6 hours, production has typically begun and cancellation may not be possible.

Return Policy
RETURN
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
